Review of Nano Singapore Supplements

Back in November, I was introduced to a local brand (Nano Singapore) that produces natural supplements and other wellness products. These products have been voted the BEST all natural products by the Natural Health Awards 2019/20. I received their products and tried them out for about 1-2 months now so here are my observations and honest review of Nano Singapore Supplements!

Moving onto the review for each product, here is my assessment criteria:

• Taste & Smell
• Effects I’ve observed over the timeframe I took the supplements.
• Overall verdict on whether or not I would recommend it to a friend!

Deep Sleep Extreme Gummies [2 months] 

These Deep Sleep Extreme Gummies are dietary supplements made with all natural ingredients that help with:

• Supporting sleep quality
• Promoting serene sleep
• Promoting a healthy sleep cycle

Appearance:

The Deep Sleep Extreme Gummies are sold in quantities that last minimally 2 months (120 Gummies) and come in the shape of grapes with a deep purple color.

Core Ingredients & Benefits:

1. Vitamin B6:
   • Helps in serotonin & melatonin production.
   • Promote better moods and sleep.
   • Supports immune health.
   • Aids in cognitive development and function.
2. Melatonin: A natural hormone that regulates the body’s sleep-wake cycle and promotes sleep. Benefits of taking melatonin include:
   • Quality sleep.
   • Immune system support.
   • Improved moods & focus.
3. Passiflora (Passionflower):
   • Helps you relax and sleep better.
   • Improves sleep quality.
   • May help with the management of mild sleep irregularities.

Taste & Smell:

• Tangy with a hint of orange.
• No distinct smell.
• Chewy and sticks slightly to your teeth like all gummies do.
• No bad aftertaste and is great even for kids.
• I will usually take some water after as my tongue feels slightly dry afterwards before I brush my teeth and head to bed.

Effects observed:

I am a light sleeper but this gummy has really worked wonders for me.

• The time I take to fall asleep now is shorter than before.
• I feel sleepy faster once the gummies are taken so I usually brush my teeth and head to bed after. A positive side effect of this would be that it has helped to reduce my screen time while lying on bed trying to fall asleep.
• Improved sleep quality as I wake up feeling more refreshed.
• Better body clock as I seem to wake up at about 7.30 am automatically daily now but I try to get more sleep if I slept late the previous night.

Will I recommend it to a friend? 

Definitely a big yes from me! With Christmas coming round the corner, this will make a great gift for your friends and family whom you know of that has troubles falling asleep at night!

   • Support weight loss and improve digestion.

Taste & Smell:

• Fruity smell & aftertaste
• Pill was tasteless thanks to the cover which I’m grateful for as it’s much better than taking a bitter pill.

Effects Observed:

Disclaimer: I don’t think I took the supplement long enough to comment on any weight loss effects.

• More gas.
• Less constipation – More regulated trips to the bathroom.

Will I recommend it to a friend?

I would like to continue trying the product for an extended period of time (Maybe for another 2-3 months to observe further effects) before making any recommendations to my friends about this product. I’ll also continue updating my review as I observe more changes from now!

However, within this short span of time, it has helped with regulating my bowel movements so if you have issues with constipation, I would suggest checking this supplement out!

Hair, Skin and Nails Extreme Gummies [2 months]

This gummy supplement is enriched with various multi-vitamins and free free of any preservatives or GMOs. It is designed for hair, skin and nail health and comprises of all the vitamins and nutrients necessary to:

These Hair Skin and Nail Gummies also come in quantities lasting you minimally 2 months (120 Gummies). They are shaped like gummy bears and are pink!

Core Ingredients & Benefits:

• Biotin: Aids hair growth.
• Vitamins:
  • A – Helps hair stay moisturized and grow.
  • B6 – Supports skin health.
  • C – Prevents hair and skin aging.
  • D – Helps in creating new follicles.
  • E – Has anti-aging properties.

Taste & Smell:

• Tangy and tastes like the gummy bears from Yupi!
• No distinct smell.
• Chewy and sticks slightly to your teeth like all gummies do.
• No bad aftertaste and is great even for kids.

Effects Observed:

• Better complexion
• Less oily skin and hair

Will I recommend it to a friend?

Not as much as the Deep Sleep Extreme gummies because the effects were not as noticeable to me. I am still not fully convinced that my complexion has improved with the help of the supplement nor was my skin and hair less oily due to the supplement intake.

There could be many other factors considering I have been staying indoors 80% of my time compared to before I started taking the gummies which could also have been a factor.

However, I would suggest trying the product out and seeing how it works for you since we have different body compositions and your skin and hair may react differently to the effects of the supplements! What doesn’t work for me may work for you!

   • Reduces overall body weight.
3. Raspberry Ketone:
   • Improves fat burning abilities.
   • Reduces body weight & fat build up in liver after 10 weeks.

Taste & Smell:

• Fruity smell & aftertaste.
• Pill was tasteless thanks to the cover which I’m grateful for as it’s much better than taking a bitter pill.

Effects Observed:

• Increased metabolism (Felt hungry more often)
• Helped to curb snacking habits.
• Suppressed my appetite (Ate smaller portions while feeling fuller)

Will I recommend it to a friend?

I would recommend this to others who are looking for long term weight management rather than for weight loss. This product helps with reducing your appetite which coupled with exercise could help to lose weight.

Furthermore, I would advise not being too reliant on a supplement if you are aiming for weight loss. This is not sustainable in the long run. Your weight will likely fluctuate or rebound when you try to get off or switch supplements after your body has gotten too used to the effects of it.

Lastly, before ending the review, I want to stress that these results vary depending on your lifestyle. They will be greatly enhanced when coupled with regular exercise and a healthy diet.
